Jake Hefner

Jake was born and raised in Arizona and has had the privilege of exploring the many unique regions of the state. Since starting the business in 2020, Jake has closed more than 150 transactions, ranging from $100,000 to $5 million. Before becoming a full-time real estate agent, Jake held multiple licenses with JPMorgan Chase as a relationship banker, with a focus on asset protection and management.

Jake enjoys consulting with clients and helping them achieve their goals. Real estate transactions can be dynamic and, at times, overwhelming. By keeping your priorities front and center, Jake takes a focused and professional approach to create a clear path to success—navigating challenges with skill, managing emotions with care, and keeping the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Jake currently lives in the Verde Valley and spends much of his time between Sedona, Cottonwood, and Camp Verde. His greatest blessings are his beautiful wife and two growing children. Jake strives to build his business on lasting relationships and shared success.
